Handling Lost Credit Cards

What should you do if you lose your credit card?
Block your card immediately to prevent unauthorized use and billing for transactions you didn't make.

Card blocking can be done through the following channels:
The Livin' by Mandiri app, or
Contact mandiricall 14000,

Langkah-langkah blokir kartu kredit melalui Aplikasi Livin’ by Mandiri:
Log in Livin’ by Mandiri
Klik Pengaturan dan pilih menu Kartu Debit & Kartu Kredit
Pilih kartu kredit yang akan diblokir
Pilih blokir permanen untuk diproses pemblokiran dan penggantian kartu kredit dengan biaya Rp 50.000,-
Kartu kredit baru akan dikirimkan ke alamat nasabah yang terdaftar di sistem Bank Mandiri

Steps to block a credit card via Mandiri Call 14000:
Call Mandiri Call 14000
Inform us about the card blocking and credit card replacement.
Credit card replacement will incur a fee of IDR 50,000.
Inform Mandiri Call staff if there is a change in the credit card delivery address.

 

Blocking via Mandiri Care Email
Steps to block a credit card via email to Mandiri Care:
Customers send an email requesting a credit card block and replacement.
The request will be processed further if the customer's email address is valid according to Bank Mandiri's system.
Attach a statement requesting a credit card block and replacement, along with a copy of your ID card.
A sample statement letter is available.

What happens if a lost credit card isn't blocked?
If any transactions occur before the reporting/blocking is complete, you, as the cardholder, will be responsible.
If you encounter any discrepancies in your billing information, please report them immediately to Mandiri Call 14000 (available 24 hours) within 30 days of the billing date. If you have not received any complaints within 30 days, your billing information will be deemed correct.
