An expired Mandiri Debit card is a debit card that has passed its expiration date (as stated under the card number on the front) as determined by the bank. Therefore, the card must be replaced by the customer.

What should customers do if their Mandiri Debit card is about to expire?
Replace their Mandiri Debit card immediately through Bank Mandiri channels.

Where can customers replace their Mandiri Debit card?
Customers can replace their Mandiri Debit through:

The nearest Bank Mandiri branch by bringing their ID card (KTP for Indonesian citizens or passport for foreign nationals/non-residents).
The nearest Bank Mandiri Customer Service Machine (CSM) by bringing their ID card (KTP for Indonesian citizens or passport for foreign nationals/non-residents). This information is available at bmri.id/gantimandiridebitdicsm. Replacements through the CSM are only valid at CSM locations at bmri.id/lokasicsm.
The Online Onboarding (OOB) website is available at https://join.bankmandiri.co.id. This information is available at bmri.id/gantimandiridebitdioob. Replacements through the OOB are only valid for cards that have not yet expired. (Example: Valid through date is 09/23, customer only replaced their card on 10/23, so the card replacement cannot be done through the OOB channel)

Will customers receive a notification if their Mandiri Debit card is about to expire?
Yes, Bank Mandiri will provide information about the expiry date of their Mandiri Debit card to customers via push notification on Livin' by Mandiri and WhatsApp Blast.

When will customers receive this push notification on Livin' by Mandiri?
Customers will receive a push notification on Livin' by Mandiri and WhatsApp Blast two months before their Mandiri Debit card expires. If the customer has not yet replaced their card, another push notification will appear two months before their Mandiri Debit card expires.

What happens if the customer hasn't replaced the card by the expiration date?
The customer's Mandiri Debit will automatically be permanently blocked and cannot be used for any transactions, including changing the login password for the Livin' by Mandiri app. Customers must replace the card immediately to be able to make transactions again.

How many years is the new Mandiri Debit valid after a card replacement?
The validity period of the Mandiri Debit is the same as the previous card, valid for 5 years.
