mandiri e-money, a touchless card, features 3 (three) card options for your daily transaction convenience. Your transactions will be easier and simpler, without the need to bring cash and trouble with changes.

The main Mandiri e-money card is available in the following locations:
  • Bank Mandiri branch offices
  • Retailers, including:
    • Indomaret
    • Alfamart
    • Alfamidi
    • Lawson
    • Superindo
    • Circle-K
    • 7-Eleven
    • Hypermart
and other popular merchants.

Validity
The Mandiri e-money card has no expiration date.

Fee
Small one-time fee is only charged during card closing/ redemption as requested by cardholder, at Rp 5,000.

How to use the Mandiri e-money card:
  1. Toll road gate:
    • Manual booth
      • Offer the Mandiri e-money card to the toll gate attendant
      • The card will be touched to the reader
      • Successful transaction, the card balance will be automatically deducted
    • Automatic booth
      • Touch the card to the reader
      • Successful transaction, the card balance will be automatically deducted
    • e-Tollpass booth
      • Slow your vehicle to around 10km/hour
      • Two beeping sound for successful transaction
      • The cross bar will lift automatically and the card balance is automatically deducted
  2. Bus ticket:
    • Touch the card to card reader in bus/ terminal
    • Successful transaction, the card balance will be automatically deducted
  3. Parking:
    • Offer the Mandiri e-money card to the parking attendance
    • Card will be touched to card reader
    • Successful transaction, the card balance will be automatically deducted
  4. Retailers (SPBU Pertamina, Indomaret, Alfamart, Alfamidi, Lawson, Superindo, Circle-K, 7-Eleven, Hypermart, Solaria, Excelso, Es Teler 77, and the like)
    • Offer the Mandiri e-money card to store cashier
    • Card will be touched to card reader
    • Successful transaction, the card balance will be automatically deducted
Top up, balance checking and transaction history printing
The Mandiri e-money card can be topped up, the balance can be checked and transaction history can be printed at:
  1. mandiri ATM with a sign of   
  2. Bank Mandiri branch offices and participating merchants, including Indomaret, Alfamidi/ Alfaexpress, Alfamart and Circle K
Top up can be by cash or using Mandiri debit card
How to top up the Mandiri e-money
  1. Mandiri ATM with a sign of 
    • Use Mandiri debit card
    • Insert the Mandiri debit card into ATM
    • Enter the PIN for Mandiri debit card
    • Select menu option “Uang Elektronik”
    • Select menu option Mandiri e-money
    • Select menu option “isi ulang”
    • Select the available nominal amount for top up
    • Confirm the top up amount by selecting “Ya”
    • Touch the Mandiri e-money card to the reader
    • If transaction is successful, balance will be added to the card and receipt will be printed
    • Store the receipt if required
    • Use debit card with ATM Bersama logo
    • Insert the Mandiri debit card into ATM
    • Enter the PIN for Mandiri debit card
    • Select menu option “Uang Elektronik”
    • Select menu option Mandiri e-money
    • Select menu option “isi ulang”
    • Select the available nominal amount for top up
    • Confirm the top up amount by selecting “Ya”
    • Touch the Mandiri e-money card to the reader with    sign
    • If transaction is successful, balance will be added to the card and receipt will be printed
    • Store the receipt if required
  2. Branch office and other Merchants
    • Mandiri debit card
    • Press Menu
    • Select Prepaid, press OK
    • Select Top Up, press OK
    • Select the available nominal amount
    • Swipe the Mandiri debit card on the Mandiri EDC
    • Check the amount and then enter the PIN
    • Touch the Mandiri e-money card to the reader
    • Transaction is successful, balance will be added to the card and receipt will be printed
    • Cash
    • Tell the top up amount to clerk at Bank Mandiri branch office/ retail cashier of the participating merchants (Indomaret, Alfamart, Alfamidi and Lawson)
    • Pay the top up amount in cash
    • Touch the Mandiri e-money card to the reader
    • Transaction is successful, balance will be added to the card and receipt will be printed
