Mandiri e-cash, or “phone cash”, is a server-based electronic money product that uses mobile-phone applications and USSD. This allows you to conduct banking transactions without having to open an account at a Bank Mandiri branch. The key advantages of Mandiri e-cash are the social banking experience and the convenience social banking affords.

- For smartphone users, just download the mandiri e-cash app from App Store or Google Play

• Download application from ...........
• Install app and enter your name, email address, date of birth, secret word, PIN
• You are now registered as a mandiri e-cash user

- For users of basic/feature mobile phones, just access *141*6#

• Access *141*6#, select e-cash > admin menu > registration menu
• Enter your name, secret word, PIN
• You are now registered as a mandiri e-cash user

Easy to Refill

Your mandiri e-cash balance can be topped up using a range of channels

- Mandiri ATMs

• Insert your mandiri debit or ATM Bersama card in a mandiri ATM
• Select the electronic money menu > mandiri e-cash menu > refill menu
• Enter your mobile number > enter refill amount

- Mandiri sms (*141*6#)

• Access *141*6#
• Select Transfer menu > e-cash menu
• Enter you mobile number > enter refill amount

- Mandiri internet

• Login to mandiri internet
• Select electronic money menu > mandiri e-cash menu > refill menu
• Enter you mobile number > enter refill amount

- Mandiri clickpay

• Login to mandiri e-cash application 
• Select e-cash refill menu > enter the number of your mandiri debit card
• Enter refill amount and internet response code

- Transfer from another bank

• Access other bank’s e-channel > transfer to Bank Mandiri (008)
• Enter destination account number using “80 + mobile number” 
• Enter refill / transfer amount

- Retail Outlet

• Visit a participating retail outlet
• Give the mobile number that to be topped up
• Pay the refill amount

• Select payment/purchase menu > buy mobile refill /PLN token > enter customer number 
• Enter PIN and OTP (one-time password) > transaction successfully completed

- Make payment to store (Physical Store)

• Login to mandiri e-cash application or or access *141*6#, e-cash
• Select pay store menu > enter payment amount
• Receive OTP (one-time password) and present it to cashier > take EDC receipt

- Online purchase

• Visit merchant’s website > select purchase > pay with mandiri e-cash
• Enter mobile number > enter PIN
• Receive OTP (one-time password) and enter on website > transaction successfully completed

- Transfer

• Login to mandiri e-cash application or or access *141*6#, e-cash
• Select send e-cash/friend > enter transaction amount > enter PIN & OTP
• Transfer successfully completed > proof of transfer appears and recorded in timeline/transfer record

- Cash withdrawal

• Login to mandiri e-cash application or or access *141*6#, e-cash
• Select cash withdrawal > enter amount of cash withdrawal > enter PIN
• Receive OTP (one-time password) and enter in ATM > transaction successfully completed
